The Centro sales centre and display suite is in a purpose-built stand alone building. The building is built in two parts, one housing the sales centre and other the display suite. They are linked by an enclosed bridge, symbolic of the bridges in Richmond. Upon entry into the Centro, the project model is the first element seen. It is located at the centre of circles engraved into the carpet tile to reinforce the concept of Centro’s convenient proximity to downtown Richmond.

The Display Suite demonstrates one of the two colour schemes for the Centro suites. It is an elegant composition of dramatic cool and warm with matte and glossy contrasts.

Sustainable strategies were an inherent part of the interior design. As part of the sustainability story, the buildings have been designed to be relocated to another site for adaptive re-use, once it has completed its current purpose.
